Beyond the Classroom
Teaching is a significant part of my life, and I greatly value the time that I get to spend with my students in the classroom. Outside the classroom, I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature, staying active, and sharing meaningful experiences with my family and friends. Just as I try to nurture my own intellectual and social development, I am dedicated to caring for all of my students' academic, spiritual, social, emotional, and extracurricular growth and getting to know each student as a unique, holistic individual.

Family & Friends
My family and friends are incredibly important to me, and I spend most of my free time outside of teaching with my husband and our loved ones. We are lucky to have most of our family members living nearby, but we also enjoy traveling around Michigan and outside the state to catch up with those closest to us.

Faith & Community
My Catholic faith is the center of my personal and professional life, and I have been blessed to serve the Catholic community as an educator for the past six years. I met my husband and many of my closest friends at church and continue to remain involved in Catholic community life at both Divine Child where I teach in Dearborn, Michigan and at my home parish.

Adventure & Travel
My husband and I LOVE to travel! We spend a lot of time in northern Michigan enjoying the lakes and sand dunes that our beautiful state has to offer. We also make frequent trips to our local metro parks as well as state and national parks around the country. I am happiest when I am enjoying nature, backpacking, and soaking in the sunshine.
